1. About Us

WedPics is owned and operated by T1 Media Limited. We provide a platform for couples to create custom QR-code cards that allow wedding guests to upload photos and videos to a private gallery.

2. Your Privacy

We will not share your details with anybody. Your personal information — including names, email addresses, and uploaded wedding photos and videos — is kept strictly private. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. See our Cookies Policy for more details.

3. Packages & Pricing

We offer one-time payment packages: Essential (£29), Cherished (£57), and Forever (£87). Prices include VAT. Each package provides gallery access for a defined period (30 days, 60 days, or 1 year respectively). After the access period expires, your gallery data may be permanently deleted.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise T1 Media Limited to charge the selected package amount. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and videos uploaded to your gallery. By uploading content, you grant WedPics a licence to store and display that content within your private gallery for the duration of your package. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission from guests and others featured in uploaded content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. T1 Media Limited reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

WedPics is provided "as is." T1 Media Limited is not liable for any loss of data, loss of photos or videos, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. We recommend downloading your gallery before your access period expires.
