Use the highest quality setting for crisp text and sharp QR codes.

Ensure colour printing is enabled — the QR code needs contrast to scan.

Select this in your printer settings so it adjusts the feed mechanism.

Disable "fit to page" to avoid shrinking the QR code, which can break scanning.

Print on one side only for the best QR code scan reliability.
Folding Tips
Use a bone folder or the back of a spoon to create crisp, clean fold lines.
Score the fold line first with a ruler and a blunt tool — this prevents cracking along the crease.
Fold away from the printed side to keep the design crisp and avoid smudging.
For tent cards, fold in half and press firmly along the entire edge for a professional stand.
Let cards rest flat under a heavy book for an hour after folding to set the crease.
Cutting Tips
Use a guillotine cutter or paper trimmer for straight, clean edges every time.
Cut in small batches of 3–5 sheets to maintain precision.
Always cut on the outside of the crop marks — never inside them.
Round corner punches add a polished, professional finishing touch.
